  • What areas of the UK do you cover?
    We proudly serve the South West of England, covering Devon, Somerset, Cornwall, and Dorset. If your event is slightly further afield, feel free to reach out - we may be able to accommodate depending on location and availability.
  • Do you provide live music for all types of events?
    Yes! Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, function or private party, we'll bring the music to your doorstep, no matter the occasion.
  • What is the deposit amount, and when is the full balance due?
    The deposit amount, based on the services you book and the date in question, ranges from £200 to £448. To keep everything on track, the remaining balance should be settled at least 28 days before the event.
  • Can I see the band live beforehand?
    It’s unlikely. Our bands are in high demand and primarily perform at private events. However, on the rare occasion they’re booked for a public performance, we’ll share the details on their social media pages - so don’t forget to give them a follow!
  • What’s included when booking a band?
    As standard, your booking includes two hours of live music, a DJ playlist service in between the live sets, and tour-grade sound and lighting equipment. We also offer a range of optional extras, including acoustic performances, 2.5 hours of live music, and the option to add additional male or female vocalists to your booking.
  • Can I request specific songs for the band to play?
    Unfortunately, we don’t allow clients to pick specific songs or choose the band's live setlist. Our musicians are seasoned professionals, and it’s best that you trust them to tailor the music for the best possible experience.
  • Why can’t I find your bands on other websites?
    Ah, that’s because every band we represent is exclusive to FPM Music Management, ensuring transparency and consistency in both pricing and availability at every stage.
  • What happens if a band member is unavailable on my event date?
    Not to worry! We have a pool of backup musicians on standby to ensure your event runs smoothly, no matter what.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 12-18 months in advance to secure your preferred band, especially for popular dates like weekends during peak wedding season. But if your celebration is fast approaching, still get in touch - we’ll do our best to help!
  • When do the band arrive and start playing?
    The band will arrive on-site at 6pm and wrap up at midnight. Typically, the first set begins at 8pm, followed by the second set at 10pm, each lasting an hour. That said, the set timings are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your event's timeline.
  • Are your bands insured, and is their equipment PAT-tested?
    Yes, all our bands carry Public Liability insurance, and their equipment is PAT-tested annually for safety.
